France is the largest ski area in the world! So you have plenty of choices to practice your favourite winter sports in six different mountain ranges. They peak at 4,810 metres with Mont Blanc in the Alps and at 3,404 metres with the Pic d' Aneto in the Pyrenees.
By studying in Lyon, you have the chance to find yourself less than three hours away from the Alps and its many ski resorts; it would be a shame not to take advantage of it!
